Suggested Rhododendrons by Region of the United States

The American Rhododendron Society asks local members for Rhododendron varieties with nice form, foliage and flowers that are hardy and resistant to pests and diseases in the areas in which they live. The listed plants have consistently performed well in members’ gardens and are recommended to others living in the nearby area. These lists are not inclusive of all of the plants that will do well in your area, but are recommendations of your neighbors.
